Push Up With Knee Tuck

 

Exercise Profile:

Primary Muscle(s):  Chest

Secondary Muscle(s):  Abdominals

Equipment:  Bodyweight / Stability Ball

 

Exercise Instructions:

1. Start by getting in a push up position with your feet on top of the stability ball.

2. Proceed to perform a push up balancing on top of the stability ball. Return to the starting position and then bring your knees in towards your chest.

3. Return to the parallel position and repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
